4dBliss continues to be your resource for greater health and wellness. My specialization is in Traditional Thai Massage, also referred to as "assisted yoga". Traditional Thai Massage is part of the Thai Medical System and offers the benefits of deep relaxation, assisted stretching and balancing of the sen lines in the body. Massage techniques are tailored in each session to address the client's current imbalances and needs. I also work with other massage techniques on the table including Swedish, Deep Tissue and Sensory Re-Pattering. As a yoga instructor certified at the 200-hr level, I work with clients with Yoga Therapy (individualized yoga and meditation instruction) and help clients establish their sadhana (daily practice). I instruct group yoga classes and meditation classes and lead several meditation and yoga retreats throughout the year. 4dBliss also provides access to Ayurveda, the holistic health system indigenous to India.
